DAYCARE
Doggie Daycare is an increasingly popular trend. Experts agree that group play is beneficial for dogs in many ways. For those dogs that have behavioral issues, such as excessive chewing or digging, the increased activity of pack play will allow them to burn more energy – which means a calmer dog for you at home! The stimulation of being around other dogs will also satisfy their need for mental alertness and natural curiosity.
How do you get your dog involved in this fun activity? First he will need to be scheduled for a meeting with our Obedience Trainer, Kristy Smith, for an evaluation. After passing the required temperament test, your dog will have the opportunity to join one of our playgroups. Dogs are separated into groups by their size, age and disposition.
After your dog is approved for Daycare, he may join in group play even while he is here for overnight boarding. (See Rates for pricing for this fun service.)
