Currently, Rhonda manages our front office team and grooming department, after spending multiple years as our Lodging Manager. Rhonda holds multiple IBPSA certifications, we can proudly say too many to list. Rhonda is certified through the American Kennel Club’s Canine University, helping ABC earn AKC S.A.F.E. Grooming Salon Certification, and has attended multiple continued learning opportunities, including the Fifth Annual IBPSA Pet Care Services Educational Conference that was held in Jacksonville, Florida. Rhonda shares these continued learning experiences and motivates her team through servant-leadership to ensure the happiest and healthiest stay possible for each of our pet guests. We were proud to celebrate her 15th anniversary with ABC in March 2019!
