For this year’s international pet care industry conference, Suzanne, Jennifer and our Lodging Manager, Chassity, are heading to Orlando at the end of the month. Jennifer will be a seminar speaker for the fifth year in a row! (We’re so proud of her! She continues to be one of the most popular speakers wherever she goes!)

Continuing education for all levels of our staff is an important part of how we keep our promise to you…to provide the very best possible care for your pets! We are passionate about learning more about animal care and then sharing it with others. Be sure to watch for our posts and pictures on Facebook while we are there!

Did you know that our full team here at ABC is trained in pet CPR & First Aid each year? We will be starting our next course this month and can’t wait. As usual, Lance, our very own LIVE demo dog (pictured above) will be the instructor’s essential helper!

Remember, the Tailgating party is open to everyone, even if your pet prefers individual play with hoomans instead of group play. We are going to have lots of fun, take some adorable pictures, and send home an amazing treat!  So get your pom-poms out and root for your favorite team!

Even though change can be difficult, we’re so excited about the benefits and features that the new system will bring, not only for the team at ABC, but for the pets and the parents alike. We are certain you will love the changes! Please be patient as we are converting and training our team members.
